The developer sends documents

The developer sends you booking documents by email along with a payment link. Important: payment for the reservation is included in the cost of the initial payment

Signing. Payment for booking

After paying for your reservation*, you will send back a signed reservation document via email. This is a standard document, which is an Appendix to the Agreement.

Payment of the down payment

The developer issues an invoice for the down payment and payment to the land department (4% of the cost of the property). You can pay by credit card or by transfer to an escrow account.

Contract of sale

The developer sends two copies of the Sales and Purchase Agreement by DHL express mail. You sign both copies and send them back. Having received the signed documents, the developer endorses them with his stamps and sends you your copy by DHL. Congratulations! You are a happy owner of real estate in Dubai!
